WHAT IT IS:
A moisture-rich toner from COSRX that enhances skinβs natural glow. Itβs formulated with 72.6% Black Bee Propolis Extract and about 10β10.7% Honey Extract as its hero ingredients. The texture is slightly thick and essence-like, yet it absorbs easily without leaving a sticky feel.
HOW TO USE:
Use after cleansing as the toner step.
You can apply with a cotton pad, or better with palms by patting gently.
Use morning & night for best results.
