Pre-Order Policy

 

Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your items/s before the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another item/s which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so.

The item being exchanged to must be equal to the same value or greater. Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Mainly due to sourcing & shipment delays.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your item/s without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.
